Others are doing it too

I found an interesting news item about another person trying and succeeding in controlling their diabetes type 2 with diet and exercise.

Thanks for sharing the link to this story, Anil.

Like you, I was diagnosed with Type 2 this year. At the end of August, my A1C was 9.3 and my fasting sugars were over 280.

Three months later, through a low-carb diet and moderate exercise (walking on a treadmill), my A1C is 6.5, my fasting sugars are usually between 100 and 115, and I've lost 35 lbs.

Congrats on your success so far and best of luck as you continue to maintain good control over your diabetes.
